1. Prepare well -Do what you can do now to get the supplies and resources you need in place to survive and thrive in a long or short term disaster. Take careful stock of your situation, family members, pets, valuables, property, local risks, global risks, vulnerabilities and then build a solid Prep & Communication plan off of that.
2. Rest -Once you've put in the effort and have done it right, rest. Relax. Being stressed out and living in fear or worry about what the future holds is counterproductive. It will not serve you in the event of a crisis or disaster. Being thoroughly prepared will -and you've already done that:)
3. Maintain -Use your calendar or app to manage your important maintenance. Align dates if possible to minimize your input time on maintaining your food, water and supplies. Let the technology do the work for you while it's available. Don't forget to make sure you have hard copies available in case the technology becomes unavailable.
If "prepping" isn't your lifestyle but you want to be prepared in the most efficient way possible while keeping peace of mind, "do it well, rest and maintain"
Thinking about what can go wrong is stressful and getting prepared and staying takes time and energy. Get busy...or let us help;)
